Our Mission

Welcome to Christ World Church

A 24/7 online worship, prayer, and teaching ministry created for everyone who believes God exists and desires to seek Him in spirit and in truth.

We welcome those who love God, those who are searching for Him, and those who have struggled with strict church attendance demands or confusing doctrines. Here we focus on the truth of Scripture, and on the love, mercy, righteousness, and judgment of God.

Through worship, sermons, prayer, biblical teaching, repentance, testimony, and fellowship, we desire to help people come closer to Jesus Christ and walk in the promises of God.

Worship at any hour

Whatever the time where you are, there is a place here to worship, pray, and hear the Word.

Scripture at the centre

Every teaching is anchored in the Bible, quoted from the King James Version with the reference beside it.

No pressure, no shame

Come as you are. We will not condemn you for your past or for the church experiences you have had.

Prayer is always free

We will never charge for prayer or suggest that a gift buys an answer. Giving is entirely voluntary.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 (KJV)

24/7 Worship and Prayer

Worship that never closes

Night shifts, illness, caring duties, distance, and hard seasons should not cut anyone off from worship.

Enter the worship room at any hour, or open the library and choose what you need tonight: morning prayer, midnight prayer, healing, repentance, protection, family, thanksgiving, or a psalm read slowly while you rest.

Morning Prayer

Morning Prayer Before the Day Begins

A guided prayer to pray before the phone, the news, or the work. Thanksgiving first, then the day handed over.

“It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy…”

Midnight Prayer

Midnight Prayer for the Sleepless

For the night shift, the new parent, the anxious, and anyone awake when they would rather be asleep. Spoken slowly, with long pauses to pray your own…

“I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.”
Psalm 4:8 (KJV)

New Teaching

Short sermons for the soul

Brief messages, anchored in Scripture, written to encourage, correct, and heal rather than to condemn.

Repentance

Come Back Home to God

The most famous homecoming in Scripture, and the detail most people miss: the father was already running before a word of apology was spoken.

“And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his…”

Shame and Grace

Do Not Let Shame Keep You from Jesus

Conviction draws you toward God. Shame drives you away from Him. Learning to tell them apart changes everything.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
Romans 8:1 (KJV)

Encouragement

God Has Not Forgotten You

When nothing has changed for a long time, it is easy to conclude that God has moved on. Scripture answers that fear with an image no one could invent.

“Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not…”
Isaiah 49:15-16 (KJV)

God's Mercy

The Mercy of God Is Greater Than Your Past

Two measurements are given in this psalm, and both of them are deliberately impossible to reach the end of.

“He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. … As far as the east is from the west, so far hath…”

Thanksgiving

Thankful after a long wait

I posted here months ago asking for prayer about work. Nothing changed for a long time and I nearly stopped asking. Something opened up last week, and it is not what I had in mind, but it is steady and it is close to my…

Back after years away

I stopped praying about six years ago after some things happened at a church I was part of. I found this site at two in the morning and read the page about church hurt. I prayed for the first time since then. I do not…

Healing

Please pray for my mother

She has been unwell for some weeks and the tests are still coming back unclear. I am the only one nearby and I am tired. I do not need advice, only prayer.

SalvationSample

I stopped waiting until I was good enough

For years I believed God was real, but I thought I had to fix my life before I could come to Him. I found the salvation page late one night and read John 3:16 slowly for the first time. I…

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
Answered PrayerSample

God answered, though not in the way I expected

I submitted a prayer request about my job situation and the team prayed with me for several months. The role I wanted did not come. What came instead was steadier work closer to my family…

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7 (KJV)
Family RestorationSample

We began praying together again

My wife and I had not prayed together in four years. We started using the prayer for family peace on this site, reading it aloud on Sunday evenings because neither of us knew what to say….

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”
Psalm 133:1 (KJV)

Bible topics and honest discussion

Questions sincere believers disagree about, handled humbly and from Scripture.

Grace and obedience. Faith and works. Suffering. Forgiveness. Tithes and giving. Online worship and church attendance. Each topic sets out the concern on both sides, the passages involved, and a practical conclusion, with room to ask your own question.

“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”
1 Peter 3:15 (KJV)

Bible Promises

Scripture promises to hold on to

Bible excerpts published with their reference, so they can be read, shared, and remembered.

God's Love
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

John 3:16 (KJV)

God's love is not a feeling He announced; it is a Son He gave. Before you cleaned yourself up, before you understood doctrine, He had already moved toward you.

God's Love
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

The invitation is to come, not to first become. Bring the labour and the load with you.

Mercy
“It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV)

Yesterday's failure did not exhaust God's supply. Mercy is issued fresh each morning to those who will receive it.
